Please note: Don't suddenly get out of bed to give the sample, wait for at least 3-5 minutes before your sample is collected Fasting: Not Required Please follow the guidelines below for accurate 24-hour urine sample collection: Get a 24-hour urine container from a nearby pharmacy/chemist shop. Day 1, Morning (Start Time): Empty your bladder into the toilet and do not collect this first sample (note the time of first collection). For the next 24 hours: Collect all urine into the container. Store the container in a cool, dry place and keep the lid tightly closed after each use. Day 2, Same Time as Start Time: Urinate one last time and add this urine to the container. This completes the 24-hour period. Do not miss any sample if missed, the test must be repeated. Phlebo will collect the sample and record sample volume in the app; large container will be discarded after transfer. Note: Phlebo will visit on Day 2 after completion of the 24-hour collection to collect the sample.
